With a little energy tomorrow, I hope to do laundry. I managed to get myself out of the house at around 3pm to pick up the GSE and a few essentials. Tossing, turning, sweating and chills last night. I’m not sure I needed it then, but as I write tonight, I think it might have been a wise choice. So I took a welchol when a headache started to come on. I made myself nervous by coiling my liver this afternoon. Candida, abdomen, 10 minutes chest, 2 minutes.Lyme, liver, 1 minute chest, 1 minute front of thighs, 1 minute.Babesia, ilium, 1 minute each side knees/elbows, 1 minute liver, 5 minutes chest, 5 minutes shoulder blades, 30 seconds each feet, 1 minute.I’ll stop when I hit something interesting. I’m sure I’m tempting an unexpectedly huge Herx by trying all these new places at a minute a piece, but what the heck. I’m getting daring with the Lyme coiling sessions. The thing is that I don’t like taking broad spectrum antimicrobials because I don’t want any of the Lyme bacteria to encyst while I’m trying to kill the active form of it. It could be some contaminant that’s added to the extract that has its own antimicrobial properties. Now, as I’m reading about it online, I find out that there is a controversy as to whether it has antimicrobial and antifungal properties. I bought a small bottle at the Vitamin Shoppe today. Since I’m now allergic to two anti-fungals, my doctor asked me to try liquid GSE and see what happens. Here’s the newest addition to my program: grapefruit seed extract (GSE).
